5.1 The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality — software, text, graphics, logos, and UI elements — are owned by AdvisorExplorer or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary laws.

5.2 You retain all rights to any original content you submit or share through the Service (“User Content”), subject to any licenses granted herein.

6.1 AdvisorExplorer may provide AI-powered insights, summaries, and chat functionalities based on financial data. These tools are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice.

6.2 While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Independently verify any information before making financial decisions. AdvisorExplorer is not responsible for any reliance on AI-generated content.

7.1 AdvisorExplorer is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Service provides information and tools for educational and informational purposes only.

7.2 We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any particular financial advisor, investment, or financial strategy. Your financial decisions are your sole responsibility.
